Freeper needs help finding picture

A day or so ago, I was surfing on one of the Bloggers or the Chat Forums, and someone posted a picture of a tall hottie in shorts and what looked like UGG boots pulling a trash can along. She was wearing green.

I've looked through my computer's web history for the past several days, and can't locate it.

Can anyone point me to the thread or picture?
