Ya Know... Maybe Lindsey Graham Has A Point (Not Really, But Just Go With This...)
A couple of buddies of mine work at a local establishment that several months ago came under new management/ownership. They were retained as employees and were very happy to be so. Several months down the road (recently) they were e-mailed a notice, and given documents that were to be read carefully and signed. The documents reminded said employees that they were "at will" employees, and that their performance would be reviewed post haste. Basically, they were being told that they were momentarily fired in order to see if the business wanted to rehire them.

Now I've had to put up with this crap before myself, and I've always wondered why these self-important idiots don't just call a meeting to discuss in general what the concerns are. I understand that they there may be legal reasons for doing this, but that suggests that the knife has already been drawn from it's sheath. And the suspicions and rumors that flow from this sewage shot, do more damage than is good for the business.

Anywho...

If 'ole Lindsey really wants to repeal the 14th Amendment in order to get rid of the Bruce Springsteen Rule (My joke), maybe we ought to let him!

Maybe we would be well served to fire EVERY CITIZEN of the United States, as my buddies business did, to see if THEY REALLY DESERVE to be citizens of the United States.

We could, upon firing... Check to see if they

Can spell English, let alone speak it.

Can differentiate between the Declaration of Independence, The Constititution, and The King James Bible.

Can pass an 8th Grade level Civics/Citizenship test.

Can articulate an argument without shouting, repeating themselves, or resorting to racism.

Just to name a few...

2. Me Neither, But... I'd Love To See Conservative Heads Explode...
as they were being "reviewed" to see if they really were Americans.
