92 House Republicans voted against the "Tribal Law and Order Act."
Edited on Fri Jul-30-10 08:33 AM by Renew Deal
This was the stated purpose: "To amend the Indian Law Enforcement Reform Act, the Indian Tribal Justice Act, the Indian Tribal Justice Technical and Legal Assistance Act of 2000, and the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to improve the prosecution of, and response to, crimes in Indian country, and for other purposes."

Basically it's going to give tribes more resources to deal with crime, rape, and drugs. 92 House members voted against it. Guess which party they ALL came from?
