#2 is dog food for sure. Beet pulp is there as a stool firmer. #1 could be dog food for sure.

8. #1 has to be the human food--but dear god, who's giving a dog the other?
My neighbor's dog bit me and I still wouldn't feed the second to that evil little yapper. (I am biased. My wound has not healed yet and the evil little yapper went after my terrier this morning.)

I am going to be so embarrassed if I guessed wrong. I am presuming that the soy sauce and tapioca in the former are the tip-offs.

9. #1 is people food
some sort of chicken and dumplings soup I think, the "roast flavor" and MSG give it away. #2 is definitely dog food, chondroitin is used as a joint lubricant for dogs to help prevent/ease dysplasia, lutein bolsters canine immune systems.

10. #2 is dog food. Beneful, maybe?
#1 sounds like an instant soup mix for people with a high tolerance for eating crap.

13. That's right, they didn't list botchulism.
snark.

Actually, when the first two ingredients are chicken meal & corn, it's best to keep Fido away.
