Declare Peace

As a citizen of the state of Newtopia I hereby declare peace. How could we be fooled again into, not another Vietnam, but TWO Vietnams? (Iraq, Afghanistan) Fighting a war by remote control somewhere in Colorado or Florida is the epitome of "1984"-type thinking. We have all been brainwashed (again) to believe that by waging war something good will happen, but now we know it is a bottomless pit where all our money and reputation disappear.

So, join me and declare peace and it will happen. It has to start somewhere.

That makes two of us.
If we can double the number of people declaring peace every 20 minutes, we should have the entire population of the planet doing so before the end of the day.
