Mystery Candidate Enters New Jersey Race

Last week an internal poll from Rep. John Adler (D-NJ) showed him handily defeating his Republican opponent in his historically GOP district when the third line, "Tea Party independent" candidate was included. Now the Courier-Post reports that some Republican activists are accusing the "obscure, third-party candidate," Peter DeStefano, of being an Adler plant.

DeStefano's only campaigning has been on social media and he canceled interviews with the newspaper.
