238 presidential scholars: Bush worst president of modern era, fifth worst in US history
President Bush ranked worst among modern presidents -- and the fifth worst in history, according to the poll by the Siena Research Institute. Ranking first? President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who led the country from 1933 until his death in 1945.

President Roosevelt served four terms, the longest of any president in history. US presidents became limited to two terms after US states ratified the 22nd Amendment to the US constitution in 1951.

President Barack Obama, who hasn't yet served a full term, rated 15th.

------------------------------------------------------------

Can you imagine Obama really gets the ball rolling and finishes in the top 10 of all time, that would really really really piss off the cons.

3. I expect Stupid to keep dropping as the full effect of his rotten policies
becomes felt at all levels of government and through all parts of America. This was likely determined before the oil gusher started to spoil the entire Gulf coast, a monster allowed to happen because Stupid had fired everybody at MMS and replaced them with oil lobbyists and other toadies as one of his first acts in office.

Stupid was a perfect storm of rotten policy in all areas, foreign and domestic. Years from now, he will undoubtedly be rated the worst in US history.

6. the monkey king was "worst" in just about every thing he's ever done....
He's a walking fuck-up. The younger son who never amounted to anything. A man with a Midas shit-touch. Who would have ever expected anything else from his presidency?

8. I had to read the article to see who rated worse than the
Idiot Son

"Andrew Johnson, James Buchanan, Warren G. Harding, and Franklin Pierce."

Bush was rated second from the bottom on “intelligence,” “foreign policy accomplishments,” and “handling of U.S. economy.”
