Corporations are people too... right?
so this whole grandstanding on the lawsuits about the healthcare legislation (which everyone agrees we need) not only skips over the 9th and 10th Amendments but also Supreme Court precedent.

Corporations can be regulated. Everyone agrees on that they just disagree on the degree of regulation.
Well if corporations can be told to comply with this law or regulation or requirement...and they ARE people... then so can people.

2. No they are not people. Do you not know what a person is and isn't?
Legal entities have many rights that are afforded to people but they are not people.

5. When I see a corporation serve jail time I will concede that
they are people. Until then I refuse to accept that ruling.
