Look at all the videos above. Most were taken by people on the scene and used to secure lawsuit wins.

the cops go out in a canoe, attack, and try to mace the guy and the cop maced himself.

The next scene showed the cop bawling and trying to clear his eyes and the narrator declared that the cop was overcome with "emotion" and that is why he was crying.
