Senator McCaskill:

Any word on why the Majority Leader hasn't filed for cloture on judicial nominee Jane Branstetter Stranch in the 7 months and one week since she has been approved out of committee? This makes my 10th attempt at contacting your office about this issue. I would like to respectively suggest that the Senate start work at 8am like most Americans instead of 10am or 2pm, to make time for this and other duties of the Senate. I will continue to write to you daily until she receives an up or down vote.

Sincerely,

cc: Senator Reid, Senator Bond
