1. I don't think anyone CAN estimate ptential liability yet.

The gusher asnt been stopped yet, so there's no way to guess what dmamge will be done and what it will take to clean it up.

I'm serious. The damage is infinite. BP knows that. That is why they are reassuring the public with their cheap ads. They are just biding their time until this spill is months old, and then the public will kind of lose interest and they will pay as little as they possibly can.

Obama's idea of an escrow account is excellent. But he needs to make it into a revolving account in which BP must maintain a minimum amount of money until all claims have been satisfied at which point BP gets whatever remains back.

I am getting tired of being lied to. That pathetic speech by our so-called leader was a bunch of hog snot. BP and the federal government knew this was WAY worse from day one. Now we are being told to pray for shrimpers and that the beaches will be restored to their original condition. Pluheeze!! That won't happen in our lifetimes.
