Make the Gulf Coast / Gulf Stream invasion a pivot point to start the USA on a path to move off Gasoline and Diesel as surface transportation fuel.

You have the authority to tell the USA today: Mandate all non-military road vehicles will convert to natural gas by 2015.

Also you can propose a federal tax credit to retro-fit freight trucks to natural gas. On top of that, let’s make the tax credit dependant on USA sourced retro-fit kits. That will boost manufacturing jobs and installation jobs across the USA.

Additionally, propose a federal tax credit to retro-fit domestic passenger cars to natural gas. Offer traditional investment tax credits to help small business owners of filling stations add natural gas delivery to their stations. On top of that, let’s make the tax credit dependant on USA sourced retro-fit kits. That will boost manufacturing jobs and installation jobs across the USA.

Please seize this moment and help us understand we have embraced ‘Manhattan’ focus before and we can and must do this now. Also the unsaid side benefit: No more money to Middle East beneficiaries that fund Wahhabism.
