Question: Are one-day strikes effective in contract negotiations?
As the MNA goes on its one-day strike here in the Twin Cities, I wonder if such strikes have been effective in contract negotiations in the past. Is there someone who knows? It doesn't seem to be a strategy that would get the hospitals to change their minds much, but I may be wrong.
