I posted this a while back...to mixed reviews. Well, I've got news for you folks. It is now on the General Docket of The United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit - 5/24/2010.

As I informed the Honorable One back in 2007, this case was going to be historical, and he was going to make history. I gave him a choice to choose which side he wanted to be on. He chose wrong. I told him that history will judge him. He doubted me and took me for a joke. Yet he has done what I had predicted. This appeal is historical. Due to the fact that the two cases are now joined in Appeal, never in written history of mankind has one man, a pro se litigant without a college degree, and only four years of schooling, taken two presidents, three treasury secretaries, two SEC chiefs, fifty governors of fifty states, and the entire mortgage and securities industry into a court of law, in the very same case, and on the very same battlefield, charging them with criminal and civil infractions against all the People of the United States of America.

A little refresher, Paul was offered his house back almost FREE of cost.

Paul refused to accept the deal unless EVERYONE in AMERICA got the SAME DEAL.

That didn't happen...so guess what...

He has played their game and gotten this into FEDERAL COURT and is fighting the Oligarchy ALONE.

Have you received a Notice of Intent to Foreclose from the attorneys of one of those “foreclosing entities of indiscernible origins”? No sweat; fight it back with a Letter Of Intent of your own. I am about to share with you my secrets on how I am still able to hold on to my home and still refuse to pay the mortgage two years after the judge rule that the banks can foreclose on and sell my home. People, it is time that we prosecute this war, (because it is a war we are fighting to preserve our family home) from a different tactical point, and with a PROVEN technique. We all owe this one to Dave and SD; their Cosmic Energies triggered my memory and gave birth to what could very well be the end of foreclosure filings all across the country.

In this document, you will find out that after your mortgage service or purchaser discovers, or have reason to believe that the Originator of the loan committed ANY TYPE of violations of federal or State law during the consummation of the loan, then the servicer/purchaser have an OBLIGATION to notify the originator and demand that the originator replace the affected mortgage for a good one. However, if after 90 days have pass, and the originator of the loan do not cure the Breach, the purchaser/servicer is REQUIRED to DELETE that mortgage loan from their books, and have nothing else to do with it, but send it back to the originator and collect the insurance for it. On September 15, 2008, everyone in the world found out that over 10 million homeowners had fraudulent loans. Therefore, the servicers/purchasers of your mortgage loan KNEW, that your mortgage is a product of mortgage fraud, therefore by agreement between the parties, they had an obligation to stop ANY/ALL collection activity against your mortgage and return it to the originator for a swap or payoff. If after 90 days of the discovery of, or belief of fraud, and the person discovering the fraud and/or breach of the agreement notifies the originator of the loan of the fraud, and the originator do not claim to effected mortgage, the servicer/purchaser MUST, pursuant to their written and signed agreement "DELETE YOUR MORTGAGE FROM ITS BOOKS AND HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO WITH IT" . How many days now can any of you show that you servicer should have known that the originator committed fraud? If you have a foreclosure notice over 90 days, then let me show you how to claim your home for abandonment by the originator. Remember that the servicer/purchaser MUST have deleted your loan from their books as of 90 days after they served you with foreclosure papers, by then they should known, or have reason to believe that the originator committed fraud, because why then are you being foreclosed on? The letter that you will find attached here will prove to you that your mortgage servicer/purchaser have no legal rights to foreclose on you or to collect mortgage payments, they MUST DELETE IT FROM THEIR BOOKS, the originator, not the purchaser/servicer, had 90 days to claim the property. If they do not claim it then what will happen to the ownership of your home? What are the laws on abandonment in your State? The Agreement remains silent on what happens to the property if the originator does not claim it, but one thing is for certain, THE PURCHASER/SERVICER CANNOT make any claim to it, because they are to delete it from their books and have nothing to do with it. So if the Agreement remains silent on the subject of ownership, and if the originator fails to take possession of the property within 90 days, then who gets the home? The homeowner of course, "Ambiguity in a contract is to be construed against the drafter". Where the Agreement, written by the parties, and agreed to between the parties, remains silent on the subject of ownership in the event that both drafters fails to adhere to their own Agreement, the real interested party, the homeowner, should have a legal right to enforce the agreement and claim ownership of the home, free and clear of any incumbents. Which one of you is not salivating at the mouth just thinking of the prospect of the originator of your loan showing up to claim your home, instead of hiding behind the purchaser/service? Read this and understand it and I promise you will come out with a grin as you smell victory. Furthermore, I know some of you are curious to know more about me and how I came to uncover the things I did; well if you want to know some very intimate details about me, this may be the one and only time you will eve learn of it. Take the time to read this, it will pay back huge dividend for the time invested.

9. That is Paul and that is how he writes.
Paul is a very religious man and I do not cast judgment on that.

The sequence of his lawsuits is very hard to comprehend and every step was done deliberately. I am trying to comprehend this myself and describe it in a way that is more easily understood.

I think Paul made his legal motions in reverse. Because of the 11th Amendment Paul had to trick the circuit judge into joining the lawsuits.

I think he has them tricked.

12. After Reading His Letter Of Intent...
(which he should post as a pdf btw)I have a clearer understanding of where he currently is in the game. I wish his blog was presented in the same way but beggars can't be choosers. ...right? His current position is also a bit more specific to his case and not the "everyone can do it" he's talked about. You would really have to go through your docs line by line to find similar issues. ...if you could find any at all.
