Where do campaigns get their polling data from?

Out of curiosity...I don't mean internal polls, I mean polling data from wide varieties of sources, like you find at realclearpolitics.com and other aggregators - zogby, rasmussen etc. Are there services that provide datafeeds, or do the campaigns/website assemble this stuff themselves?

1. I've always wondered about those "internals" as well.

You always hear some media droid saying "but they say their 'internals' show different numbers".

Are those the same "internals" the Greek soothsayers used to spread out and read?
