Not that I dispute the lack of critical thinking expressed in stereotypical poor spelling, but. . . What tipped me off was the spacing of "lifelong Democrat": When the sign was lettered it would have to have anticipated the man's head blocking some of the lettering when the picture was taken, thus the words were moved to the right; if the photo was unshopped it would likely show the first two or three letters obscured by the man's head. I'm lousy at photoshop (see below), but I've painted enough signs to spot the problem.

It seems it's never a far trip from ridiculing teabaggers to making fun of how FAT some of them are.

And I really don't see how fat is the issue, with them any more than it is, or should be, with us.

Do we want universal health care just because so many of us are lazy and fat and want the taxpayer to subsidize our lazy fatness? That's what many of them believe.

I do think it makes sense to ridicule them for protesting federal health care when some of them are obvious recipients already, but I think when it leads to jokes about "Twinkie packs" and the like, it's beneath us.

...rationing continues. The wealthy, especially members of congress, get all the healthcare they need/want. The poor who cannot afford to buy coverage will continue to do without. And face a penalty for not being able to afford coverage.

The health insurance companies will continue to deny claims, piling up profits while dumping on citizens.

This is why we need Medicare for all. The "reform" is so watered down it's laughable.
