Well, darn. The Rs are going to come up with a new Contract on America and
they want input because, theoretically, they are retiring Luntz this time around. Saw Boehner announce it on an item on MSNBC. Doesn't know what is in it because its up to the nation to write it (I call major BS). They are hoping to repeat 1994. Now, I'm anxious to learn how many of you disgruntled naysayers will be participating in building the new R machine because some of you sure aren't happy with moving forward or working with a Democratic administration.

2. Gee, maybe they could just keep their promises from 1994 that were never kept.
Oh, that would never work. They never intended to stick to that contract in the first place.

A contract has two parties. If one defaults, the other has the right to take legal action to enforce it. The American people should have sued the Republicans for failure to keep their end of the deal.

What a surprise! The Republicans lied to their voters, and their voters believed them. (Idiots.)

6. And they are going to try and pull the same con once again.
The people were stupid enough the first time around so they are more than likely even more stupid this time around.

3. Perhaps if the administration grew a spine
and stopped backing down on everything they say they believe in, then perhaps one could actually support them. It is one thing to lose a fight and come back, it is another to throw the towel in and say you did your best. When I see some passion and not just hear words then maybe I will.

4. Putting out a contract on America?
My Sicilian friends think that is a lofty goal. i think they should start smaller. Bin Laden for example...oh yeah, that one failed too. Never mind.
