Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear Hits Rand Paul For His 'Radical Philosophy'

"This was settled 50 years ago. It's very disturbing that ... a person running for public office and has the nomination of a major political party in our state has that kind of philosophy."


Beshear, is well-liked and connects with voters. Oh, and he had his budget tossed out by the legislature, then the legislature couldn't come up with one on their own and have now begged the Governor to help fix their mess.
