I'm as anti-drug-war as anyone, but there's about a hundred more viable and more urgent issues staring him in the face than leading a national charge to legalize drugs. Yes, it should be done, but he can't do everything, and if we want to continue to have a Democratic Party he can't be using his time for that when people are losing their jobs and their homes.

4. If Pot Wins Here in California, Obama will change his mind in time for 2012

So far every time that Medical Marijuana has been on a ballot, it's won landslides.

With record voter turn outs as well.

People come out of the woods and the woodwork to register to vote that haven't voted in decades.

Nevada tried to completely "legalize it" and failed.

This vote in November will decide which way the wind blows.

There are a lot of growers who are freaked out about price drops,

so we can't count on the grower

vote like with medical.

They say there are as many ways to grow as there are people who want to grow it,
but these guys are into growing "Olympic Athletes" of weed.

I want them to retain their positions and weather it out the way

I would love to have a tax too.
