5. Just pointing out that you can't judge an immigrant by whether he or she is here legally or not.
Illegal immigration is a victimless crime, unlike trying to blow up Times Square with a loaded Nissan Pathfinder.

Has anyone tried to use this as an immigration issue yet? It would be simple to point out that most crimes in the US are carried out by US citizens. McVeigh wasn't an immigrant, look what he did.

6. IMO, most "illegals" are here for better economic opportunities for their

families and themselves or for political reasons...there is a certain amount of desparation involved and a belief that the US will be a better place for them.
The potential bomber IMO would go out of his way to observe EVERY letter of the law.
