Scalia's "Establishment Clause (analysis) permits the disregard of his own religion"
"Finally, in Part III, Justice Scalia’s brand of analysis is applied to his own Catholicism. It is shown that the United States of America was born of a literal hatred for Catholics, which was pervasive and persistent. One may well conclude, therefore, that under his approach, the Establishment Clause permits the disregard of his own religion." -Mike Newdow, Social Science Research Network, 2010.

After all, our nation was founded on anti-Catholicism... (even though it's enshrinment in law violates the values protected by the First Amendment under strict construtualism... but not Scalia's particular and pretend form of strict constructuralism)
