Tenet: ‘I Will Never Give That Medal Back’
Last night on Larry King Live, Tenet obstinately rejected the call to return the medal:

"I would never give thought to giving back the Medal of Freedom. … I accepted the award on their behalf and I will never give that medal back."

3. More eduring prizes can be fished from a Crackerback Jox . . .
or at least you used to be able to.

I guess everything's been devalued (including the Medal of Freedom) since George came to town.

7. I have previously posted that whenever I see George my gaydar
goes off. Last night I was speaking to my oldest friend (a gay man) about how I see George. He agrees with my observation. When I commented on the Medal my friend snapped back - He won't give back the jewelery unless they offer him a string of real pearls.

8. "..on their behalf" The torturers, the assassins, the murderers?
Sort of like Tony Soprano getting the CEO of the Year award.
