China - please explain how HH Dali Lama is using "distorted facts" and "obstinate lies."

DHARMSALA, India – The Dalai Lama lashed out at China on Wednesday, accusing it of trying to "annihilate Buddhism" in Tibet and rebuffing all his efforts to reach a compromise over the disputed Himalayan region.

China shot back, accusing the Tibetan spiritual leader of using deceptions and lies to distort its policy in the region.

It seems that HH has spelled out his concerns with China's policy toward Tibet. China does not seem to be able to retort on any level..

All I can think of is the Chinese claiming that religion is "poison", and therefore karma is some sort of health hazard.
I understand that China claims Tibet as a state. I understand that Buddhism makes this claim difficult to sell to the world.

So please, if the Dali Lama is lying, lets hear what the lies he keeps telling are. What are these lies China is accusing him of? They say that he lies, but never say what was false about what he said.
