4. Cool, I love all-night Congressional or Senate events.

They should put out a DVD box set called Congresses Greatest All Nighters, and it should include the Health Care Reform markup by the Senate Finance Committee and that amazing all-nighter with the combined House Rules and House Ways and Means Committee the night before the Health Care vote in Congress.
