My NASCAR design in the Daytona 500!
Not the flashiest design I've ever created, but it's pretty cool to see it doing the big oval! Kendrick Meek for U.S. Senate.

1. Is political sponsorship common in US sports?
I can't imagine it happening in the UK, or elsewhere in Europe.

13. It does seem unusual
My family is big into NASCAR and I don't recall ever seeing a car with political sponsorship before.

7. I don't know much about NASCAR...this might have been the day before the 500.

Not sure. Maybe a qualifying race or something.

11. LOL too funny that you designed it and don't know Nascar.....
The Nationwide Series is the "Saturday" race. It's original purpose was a training series for upcoming "Cup" drivers but now many drivers drive the Sprint (as in the cell service) Cup and the Nationwide Series and even the pickup trucks which usually race on Fridays.

Probably more than you wanted to know. Love the design. :toast:

12. It is pretty ironic...a raging New England liberal doing NASCAR graphics.
It was a rush job...I wound up doing ten different designs, the coolest ones had full wrap-around graphics, but because of the white car and short time frame we had to go simple. I think it worked out nice, though. Not my first choice, but still pretty sweet to have a NASCAR in my portfolio!
