We as Democrats need to organize and have OUR DAY.

I am FED UP with seeing the teabaggers protesting in DC and spewing lies & propaganda funded by insurance companies at townhalls, the republicans filibustering in the senate, the TV talking heads lying on TV saying that We The People 'do not want health care reform', tired of Palinites/Beckerheads/Republicans disrespecting OUR PRESIDENT every time they open their mouths.

Where is the 'organization' that is organizing us to come together to show OUR support for this administration?

I spent 100s of hours watching and listening to Obama during the presidential campaign, he ALWAYS said HE CAN NOT DO ALL OF THIS ALONE and that The PEOPLE MUST STAND UP AND DEMAND CHANGES AND DEMAND FOR THE RIGHT THING TO BE DONE.

Now is the time for ALL OF US TO STAND UP AND SUPPORT OUR PRESIDENT AND MAKE OUR VOICES HEARD.

When are we going to 'MARCH' 'HAND IN HAND' IN D.C.?

When are WE THE PEOPLE going to find our backbone and help move this country forward?

When are WE THE PEOPLE going to stop bitching about what Obama has and has not done and start HELPING HIM TO GET THINGS DONE?

It is a mistake to think they are the problem. They are only the symptom.

Watch what happens in the next 8 years. The "base" is becoming incredibly dissallusioned. They will come out in November, but I guarantee that if there is not some significant change, or at least what looks to be a full frontal attempt at change, and a Republican gets into office again. Many of the people that were energized by the "we can" message are just going to give up. I think we will see a lot of people leaving the country at that point.

Don't get me wrong. That is not what I want to see, but what we have going on is not going to get you or I where we want the country to be. This is failing. You can't rally the troups when you don't have conviction and don't believe you can win.

We are fighting for a "tie", not to win. Any sportsman will tell you that is a loosing strategy.

President that has to be pushed, cajoled, coaxed, and prodded from every side 24/7 in order to get him to do anything. "Make me do it". Sounds great. I DON'T WANT A LEADER WHO ONLY DOES THE RIGHT THING BECAUSE HE'S FORCED TO.
