CPAC speaker "condemn[s] CPAC for bringing" gay GOP group "to this event"
From a speech at CPAC 2010 by California Young Americans for Freedom's Ryan Sorba:

In response to jeers following his initial statement, Sorba repeatedly states, "the lesbians at Smith College protest better than you do."

3. Young Americans for Freedom always was a quasi-fascist organization.
Not surprised their spokesman is a turd, too.

4. "Godwin a thread" -- could someone
tell me where that came from? I'm assuming the meaning is highjacking a thread, but it's the Godwin that puzzles me.

Well, I screwed up that link.

Wikipedia entry for Godwin's Law is out there somewhere. Basically: "As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1."

8. Probably exactly what any gay people that would attend that
needed to hear. The jeers were not all that loud. He just said what a lot of the people attending would love to say.
Why would they think right-wingers are on their side on any issue?
