2. Enjoy FiOS
We'll never have it in semi-rural Pennsylvania.

3. I had resigned myself to the dirty politics of doing CNN and presumably Fox in HD. What a SHOCK
recently to discover MSNBC was suddenly in HD, from outta nowhere.

Suddenly started noticing some of the regular guests have bloodshot eyes! WTF? Doesn't matter, though, they're damned fine guests, anyway.

It limits the number of shows that you can record at one time.

I tried to look at the programs in HD and in Normal and for all the trouble it was worth, I'd rather see it the old fashion way.

I do love my new HD ready television.

Someone told me that if you have the HD cable attached, there is not that much difference in the picture. Maybe I was just so glad to get a new television that is flat screen, I don't care about the HD.

8. I find there is a world of difference between HD and SD (standard definition)
I will always watch HD if I am watching anything live. Since we have two other tv's that don't have hd converters, we'll record in SD so that we can watch on any of the tv's.

HD does take more space when you record.

5. It's been trying to be in HD here for a while,
but it breaks up quite a bit. I'll have to check it out again.

6. They've been in HD since June
And are slowly adding systems. Cox Cable here in San Diego promised we'd have it as soon as they switched, but we don't. We do have it in analog, which takes up much more bandwidth.

7. It's in HD here but my TV is 22 years old.
And I'm not replacing it until 1) it dies or 2) my Bears go to the SuperBowl again or 3) the Cubs go to the World Series. In other words, I'll won't have HD until my TV dies.
