Gerald Posner caught plagiarizing

Gerald Posnter, writer of the book "Case Closed" which defends the theory that Oswald killed Kennedy, lifted five sentences from a Miami Herald article a week or so ago (the article was not related to the Kennedy assassination): http://www.slate.com/id/2243850

Posner says the copying was "inadvertent."
