How to make your own political stickers for your car!
I don’t care for bumper stickers as they deface the car and are hard to remove. Besides, new issues arise and I like to keep a fresh face on my message. I use Window Decals. They’re clear plastic that adheres to the inside of your car’s window.
Step one: purchase Window Decals at your local office supply. They’re available in name brand and in generic store brand.
Step two: using either a word processing or imaging software express yourself in large text that fits a space 4 inches X 11 inches. Replicate it twice. You will have to print this in the landscape mode.
Step three: mirror the image. Word processing and imaging software will do this. Once it is imaged print it on the Decal material.
Step four: After the ink dries, spray paint the BACK of the Decal white. When it’s dry cut the two stickers apart.
Finally! Peal the backing off and apply it to the inside of your car’s window!
Personalized expression and it can be removed without damage to finish as well as being timely!
1. I get magnetic sheeting (in bulk) and put stickers on it. Just cut with ordinary scissors.
That also lets me move stickers around between cars and just because I feel like it. All the "Bush is an idiot" type stickers are on the garage fridge now.
