2. I wonder how many Americans could actually pass that?
My husband told me in one of the books he was reading, it said one of the tests had the question: "How many bubbles are in a bar of soap?"

4. I'm a political science major, and I can't answer all of those questions.
I have college education on the subject, and while I got a lot of the answers, I didn't get all of them.

And I'll bet the way they're administered, you flunk if you don't get 100% (or are allowed to skip the test through the original Grandfather Clause.)

9. Oh yeah, the whole point of these tests was that they were not really passable.
There were always trick questions that no one could possibly answer correctly, which then could be used to flunk the taker.

8. Is number 15 a trick question?
I could pass that test. Unfortunately, I know many people who cannot. I'll bet Sarah Palin couldn't.

Speaking of Mrs. Palin, does anybody know who she will appoint to head the Department of Law in the White House if she is elected president?

10. Number 15 is a typo.
That's January 20th, at noon.

I'm not sure when they changed the Inauguration Day--back during FDR days, maybe?
