Mika B. pushed her book on Colbert. Joey backstage "for support."
Nice little Huff Post blurb and video of the interview she giggled her way through with Stephen Colbert.
I think it is interesting that Colbert pointed out that Joe was backstage and queried Mika on that. "He's here for support," she replied.
I've never been one for the rumor mill about the relationship between Joe and Mika but my radar picked up something that indicates a little bit more than just "support." Either she's totally incapable of being on her own in a very brief interview with Colbert or she and Joe have something more serious going on...
As I said, I don't care for rumors but the fact that he was there backstage and she nervously laughed it off as "support" spoke volumes to me. Clearly, she didn't want it known that Joe was there. Maybe Colbert meant to "out" them...
7. The co-hosts of MSNBC's Morning Joe a political talk show on 6-9 am
M-F here on the East Coast.
She portrays herself a liberal and he is a conservative and they have politicians, journalists and others on talking about the current political issues...
11. They are travelling together doing the show on the road
She helped him with his book tour, and he is returning the favor. Plus Joe probably is looking for some good stories about "behind the scenes" at Colbert. I'm glad they don't bicker and fight as much on the air as they used to.
14. Hmm, I wonder. I know he goes out on tour with her but this was him
escorting her to the studio but not appearing. As I said, my radar went into effect...something's there and if I were to guess, I'd say they are having an affair. His wife lives separately in D.C. while he is in NY. I wonder what her husband is thinking right about now...
