Report: Bush order allowing murder of US citizens abroad still in effect
http://rawstory.com/2010/01/report-bushs-order-allowing-murder-citizens-effect/

By Stephen C. Webster
Tuesday, January 26th, 2010 -- 11:11 pm

If a United States citizen was determined to have joined a foreign terrorist group, that person could be legally murdered under orders given by President George W. Bush after the 9/11 attacks.

In spite of an administration change in Washington, D.C., that allowance is still in effect, according to a late-breaking report in The Washington Post on Tuesday.

The report delves into an increasing American role in Yemen, spotlighting an effort to capture or kill Anwar al Awlaki, an American citizen who exchanged e-mails with alleged Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan.

4. Assassinating people was made illegal by a Civilized America at one time.
I believe it was because of Nixon but it may have been Reagan. They believed in expediency and had no value on human life. That actually is an MO of the Republican Party. They truly place no value on human life or life at all for that matter. Money, Money and Power is all they know and live for..The ends always justify the means with them...

3. Does Blackwater/Xe still have that contract? So, who does the job these days?
Supposedly it was canceled by Panetta, but nothing surprises me, anymore.
