1. Welcome aboard.
Good find. quote from the link

An FBI criminal complaint charging the men was unsealed Tuesday.

O'Keefe was the brains behind a series of undercover videos which have caused major problems for ACORN — the Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now.

14. I'm guessing Hannah Giles was the brains behind the operation.
I hope the investigation gets their whole white supremacist clique and locks 'em up.

Federal felony conspiracy charges are a big deal, I suspect.

17. Rachel Maddow did some great reporting on the ACORN
Edited on Tue Jan-26-10 05:04 PM by sabrina 1
story involving this guy.

They did initially cause problems for ACORN. But ACORN has wony its lawsuit against Congress for its action taken based on those phony and in at least two states, illegal videos.

The media continues to ignore what was revealed later about the lies O'Keefe told and ACORN'S victory over the defunding bill.

ACORN also filed a lawsuit against O'Keefe and Giles and Breitbart, the big mouth who runs a blog where he supported these two.

They could also be charged for violating MD's and CA's law against recording people without their knowledge. I hope that happens soon also.

A big question that was raised during that whole stunt was who is funding O'Keefe. Morgan Blackwell was mentioned since he did fund some of his college stunts.

Blackwell didn't want to be associated with the last stunt because it could lose him his tax-emempt status for one thing.

I hope this investigation gets to the bottom of their antics and who is behind them. I doubt this was their only attempt to bug Democrats.

19. I guess Jimmy's not going to be able to cop an ignorance plea
in terms of the law and surreptitious recordings. Everybody knows he's an expert.
