1. 100% to the Red Cross is a lie. If you read the fine print, MissionFish takes a nice chunk
20% of the first $50
15% of the next $150
10% of the next $800 and
5% of the next $4,000
3% of the amount above $5,000

3. The listing does read, "a small deduction may apply", but small print, could have been more clear.

4. You're right...looks like bluegal (original poster @ Crooks & Liars) didn't read the fine print
I didn't particularly care for the "100% of the final sale price will support American Red Cross (Small deduction may apply. Learn more)" notation on the eBay page, especially when I saw the percentages. Twenty percent is not "small."

6. By my math, at the current price of $750, that works out to $87.50
20% of $50 = $10
15% of $150 = $22.50
10% of $550 = $55

8. Here is the Q & A section
Q: Do you worry about your liability if something "unfortunate" should happen to Rev. Robertson?
A: According to the devil's lawyers (and they're very good), the winning bidder takes on any legal liability.
Jan 17, 2010

Q: Is there any way that you could split his soul like Voldemort? The difference would be that you could do more good things and then there could be 7 Voodoo dolls?
A: Afraid not. Voldermort is a fictional character. This doll is real.
Jan 17, 2010

Q: HI Can souls be shipped across the border into Canada??
A: Yes they can. I'll have to check the soul exchange rate, but shipping & handling costs may increase.
Jan 17, 2010

Q: You people are sick, sick, sick.
A: That's not really a question.
Jan 17, 2010
Q: Is the doll anatomically correct? Stringing him up by his balls sounds like fun to me.
A: Unfortunately the doll IS anatomically correct, which means it has no balls.
