The Obamsters Dump Coakley
So the Obama merry pranksters are already pre-blaming Coakley for her loss on Tuesday. If she loses, you see, it was not the fault of Obama's lies and fucking over the base. It's all on her. Just so we understand, now, before it happens.

Washington (CNN) - Multiple advisers to President Obama have privately told party officials that they believe Democrat Martha Coakley is going to lose Tuesdays special election to fill the Massachusetts Senate seat held by the late Ted Kennedy for more than 40 years, several Democratic sources told CNN Sunday.

The sources added that the advisers are still hopeful that Obama's visit to Massachusetts on Sunday - coupled with a late push by Democratic activists - could help Coakley pull out a narrow victory in an increasingly tight race against Republican state Sen. Scott Brown.

However, the presidential advisers have grown increasingly pessimistic in the last three days about Coakley's chances after a series of missteps by the candidate, sources said."

13. My anonymous sources tell me that Obama will impose a military occupation
of Massachusetts if Brown wins.

Anonymous sources kick ass!

6. She was practically invisible until the last week. She made one verbal gaffe after another
she took it for granted that she'd cruise to victory.

12. Brown made as much verbal gaffes as she did and contrarily to what the media said, she campaigned

before the last week. However, the media did not report until the Rasmussen poll that left her at +9. This is not the issue when you talk to people here. These are the issues the media like to cover, that is all. They like races where there is a suspense and they like trivial facts.

The biggest error the campaign made was to have forgotten that every campaign is local. For many independents without a job or with a difficult situation, voting a healthcare reform this state has and saving the Kennedy seat were not preoccupations. Jobs and the economy were. Taxes were. And this is where the Brown campaign resonates with this people. People dont oppose HCR. It is just not a priority for them.

Of course, the media focuses on details. These details dont matter. Brown was talking to their issues. Democrats focused on issues that did not matter to the state.

19.  thankns. makes sense to me. a friend of mine from MA said much the same
thing to me the other night. That said, I don't think there's any doubt that he ran a much more dynamic campaign than she did.

3. do you believe everything you read from the MSM?
and if it is true, they have a point. It's one of the worst campaigns I've ever watched.

4. Are all these advisers DLC hacks engaging in wishful thinking?
I can think of no other reason for this unless it's a disinformation story from the GOP.

7. Bunch of shit brought to you by our media,
and using you to bring it to the Democratic Boards...

In otherwords, you are being hosed by the Corporate media...
but then, you knew that, right?

In the meantime, Brown supporter clearly yelled out to Brown at his rally,
"SHOVE A CURLING IRON UP HER BUTT", and COWARD Brown nor the corporate media
nor you have had anything to say about it.

So you post CNN Stories of unknown sources,
and pass over documented words reported...

FUCK THE PROPAGANDA.

9. I would say it's neither's fault
I would venture to guess that is the fault of Democrats who do not go out and vote on Tuesday.

There is a bunch of folks who think that they are going to send Obama and the Dem party a message by not showing up to vote on Tuesday.

While these said morons think the message they are sending is that they are fed up, their real message is: "Look at me, I am a dumbass!"

To them, pissing in the wind never felt so good.

10. I was thinking that the top dems are the ones trashing Coakley more than we are
When I see all these "you aren't a true democrat if you can't support Coakley 110%" I kind of laughed.

After this election if she doesn't win we will see what "true democrats" do.

15. why those advisers..must be haters!! or so pessimistic they will cause her to lose..
Edited on Sun Jan-17-10 04:28 PM by flyarm
they should not be posted here.. because that is what we have been told by a certain faction of DU posters..how dare those advisors say what they did..how dare they!!!!!!!!!!1

They must not be from Mass..so how dare they say a damn thing!!!!!they are going to make some here heads explode!!

..although it was OK for them to tread on my states election..how dare they say anything about the election in Mass! The nerve of them!!! they must be very lousey democrats ..or some type of freepers eh???..

so Obama's advisors should be run out of the party... of those who post here that tell others they have no right to say anything about this election..if it is not 100% positive...You know..the rules and all of that..

..but the cheering that went on when the votes of my state of Florida were stolen occured..that was just aok..as long as it was dems doing it..but I digress..

again i say.,.how dare those Obama advisers predicitng the Election on Tuesday when some DU'er have laid down the law here that no one should say a thing about results until the election is over..

and to think ..i was staying off the boards to not post anything..until i saw this thread that showed me ..the Obama advisers were breaking the cheerleader groups own rules!
