He certainly has been the leading GOP critic of President Obama since day one. I get the feeling he may be testing the waters. How would he do in a primary against Palin? Of course, there is the fact that the man has had something like 200 heart attacks to think about.

3. He'd have to survive the primary season
and that requires extensive travel and a grueling schedule. He's a sick man and he'd never manage it.

In addition, he's as popular as crab lice.

5. Cheney didn't have a single opinion on the record during the Clinton years and now
he can't shut up. He wasn't even the "leader" of the GOP during the * years. My theory is that he's creating the tenor for the eventual candidate for the GOP candidates for 2010.

6. He probably is
or he could be speaking against his lawyer's advice, trying to justify himself before the end, whether his raisin of a heart does him in or he's finally brought to justice.

9. he will not be brought to justice, and justice won't be brought to him...
one can only hope that his life is as miserable as he's made other's lives.

4. I don't think so
He has too many health issues; and there are going to be at least 4 or 5 other republicans who are going to want to be president - they will bring up his health issues.

12. So true.
But really, three terms if you ask me and include Poppy Bush.

Cheney is a chicken shit. He doesn't want to be in a position to take the blame for anything. He wants a "front man" to take all of the heat while he manipulates things from behind the curtain.

11. He'd have to "arrange" more incidents to make himself look viable
...then, hire a white steed so he could charge into the campaign to save the day. One plane ain't sufficient. Just sayin'.

BTW, where's he been?
