WTF on C-SPAN2...?
they're proceeding with the vote on whether they can vote to vote on cloture so they can vote to vote on the bill, and everyone's fave, Joe Lieberman was standing at the front there, and I heard him say to a Senator whose back was to the camera: "I'm going to miss you...." and some other stuff...and the mike just cut out.

I was interested in the soap opera...

The mike opened again after they left the front...clever.
