I think it was Friday night, but it may have been Thursday night.

Rachel was talking about Senator McCain bitching about Senator Franken's denial to Lieberman (that means "Loverman" in German, interestingly), in Lieberman's request for more time to speak. And then she showed McCain's plea, in which McCain said he had never "witnessed" such an event. Then she quoted the Congressional Record, in which McCain not only witnessed such an event, but caused it himself, by objecting to a fellow senator, Mark Dayton, for objecting to the Iraq war.

Rachel pointed out that that portion (and only that very specific portion) of the video was unavailable on the c-span website (funded by your local cable companies as a public service).

Has anyone got an answer from C-SPAN?
