how just about ten years ago we were looking forward to a brand new century and a brand new millennium of peace and prosperity. At least, that's what most hoped for. My god, how so many things went horribly wrong in just a decade. Hell, look how many things went horribly wrong in the first year. Basically, I am not looking forward to the next decade...and I highly doubt we will have flying cars in five years (Sorry "Back to the Future Part II")

Liquor can't erase it all. Many of us still have huge headaches that are still going to be with us long after the hangover goes away. It's been a hellish decade, to grossly understate things. May the next one be a far sight better.
