Among other things, I am mad that Reid allowed the Dems to get
maneuvered into this situation. It is like the repugs had a plan and we didn't. Like they had counter moves planned well in advance.

1. Reid was one of the puppeteers all along.
Feingold said it: Obama is getting the bill he wanted from the beginning.

4. Reid was pressured by the White House.
He actually wanted to do the right thing this time, but he's not as strong as Nancy. I have to respect that woman. I sat in a quarterly meeting today realizing that almost every corporation in America does not want health care reform, and I work in the health care industry. I don't think most of our elected reps have the cojones to stand up for The People. That seems to be the calling of people with nothing to lose, like Dean, Gore, Olberman, Schultz, etc. That is why we need to start building a strong grassroots movement. Fuck the teabaggers. We need a movement that isn't a sexual joke and that is powerful both vocally and financially. I've seen glimpses of this possibility in the netroots.

5. Reid voted to kill letting Americans get their meds from Canada.
He can kiss my ass from now on. I have no use for him.

He's no Democrat. He's in "the club".

The Senate shit on poor Americans this week.

Cruelty is not limited to the Republican Party.

And they did it at Christmastime.

6. That grassroots movement started with the Dean campaign...
...and, perhaps misguidedly, grew during Obama's campaign - imo all these people would rather fight to get it right than stay home on election day.
