In Europe, its Copenhagen15 its implications on the world, Afghanistan, the Iranian protest and the political prisoners it creates. Almost in that order.

Tonight on TV they are playing 'The US vs John Lennon' and Al Gore's
'An Inconvenient Truth.'

I finally screamed and switched to the weather channel. But THEY have fluff blurbs now. Egad!

but, I have given up on TV "News". It's too much fluff with far too many ads for me to consider watching.

5. This is why I stopped watching US TV news years ago.

It really is completely terrible. Even the "liberal" pundits on cable TV are terrible. Frontline is about the only American news / current events program I watch any more. And the Daily Show, occasionally, but only because my housemate is addicted to it.

11. RW Hate Radio has cranked up their Anti-Global Warming bullshit.

Now that it's December they think their dense listeners might notice that it's cold instead of hot outside.

They didn't have much to say when there were record high temps being set just a few weeks ago.
