Think about that. 2.3 MILLION!! The most by far of ANY country on the planet.

9. a great many of them, no doubt
at least our "justice" system seems to be pretty good about letting violent thugs and sex offenders back out onto the streets, so we can make room in the prisons for more drug users/sellers.
