5. End all the occupations, bring all the troops home.
And never again abuse the US military, which should exist ONLY to defend the United States of America. Not serve corporatist interests.

10. I don't believe..
... in engaging in activities that have a very low probability of success.

The idea that we are going to "fix" Iraq or Afghanistan is DELUSIONAL. It is not going to happen, not in 3 years, not in 6 years not ever.

What a fucking waste of lives.

18. My only disappointment is he's only sending 30,000
More would make his withdrawal strategy move more quickly.

19. No, it is a foolish waste of money and resources.
We should have been withdrawing yesterday and turning the terrorist problem over to intelligence.

23. No, I support getting the fuck out.
As I said before, the only way to "win" a war like this is to be willing to flatten anything and anyone - hospitals, mosques, schools or wherever else the enemy might be hiding, even if you wind up killing more woman and children than combatants. Unless we want to start doing that, and I hope we never do, we're just getting our people killed.

Does Obama really think he's pacifying the other side with this idiocy? What's the point of sending half the requested number of troops anyway?

I look forward to lots of empty "lives created or saved" reports from the White House and Congress. The last thing I wanted to see was a troop surge, which is something I'd have expected from Bush.
