5. Beck would be the first to whine if his neighbor kids throw a bunch of very large fireworks into his yard on July 4th. (Those government regulated fireworks/explosives.)

6. Beck would be the first to whine if he showed up to pump gas and the gas station was actually giving 0.8 gallons for every 1 gallon they tell you you are getting. (Those government regulated auditing services.)

7. Beck would be the first to whine if his favorite restaurant was over-run by cockroaches and other nasty stuff in the kitchen. (those government run health inspectors.)

8. Beck would be the first to whine if the fire department wouldn't show up at his house fire. (Those government run public services.)

9. Beck would be the first to whine if the Coast Guard didn't reply while he was on his private yacht and it started sinking in the Atlantic. (That government run agency that can really help when you need it.)

10. Beck would be the first to whine while he was on vacation and the hotel manager decided to charge him $2,000 per night instead of the usually $200 per night because they know he's a millionaire. (Those government run auditing services.)

11. Beck would be the first to whine if the tornado sirens didn't sound while he was sleeping to alert to take cover. (That government run program that saves lives.)

12. Beck would be the first to whine if we reduced the customs personnel at airports. (Those government employees that help protect our country.)

16. BEck would be the first to whine if his money was taken by a Bernie Madoff type individual. (That government run judicial system and FBI.)

17. Beck would be the first to whine if our country was attacked and it was a blatant oversight by a monitoring agency. (That government run NSA and CIA.)

18. Beck would be the first to whine if his kids were kidnapped and the police never showed up to help. (That government run protection company.)

19 Beck would be the first to whine if woke up in the morning, turned on the water and black sludge with sewer smell came out of the spigot. (That government run water regulation.)

20. Beck would be the first to whine if he was driving down the street and the smog was so bad you could taste it. (That government run EPA.) (I was in Trinidad driving around recently and the smog was so bad...you could taste it. I couldn't have appreciated the EPA more at that moment.)

Golf--finish 9 holes and sirens and horns blared

Pal said it is smog alert and we must go inside

I said I wondered why my eyes were burning.

He said it is not a cloudy day. That overhead is all smog

Sunday-Takeoff and plane flew out over ocean to turn back to go west.

Pilot said if you want to see smog look out left window

It was like a brown insulation blanket 100 feet high as far as we could see down the valley. Scary sight.

It forms during the day then Santa Ana winds off ocean blow down valley to desert at night.

3. "Smaller government" is code for tax cuts

They don't really give a damn how big gov't us, as long as they don't have to pay for it. They demonize "freeloaders" while being the biggest ones. They want a fully functioning society for free.
