It's not what the temperature is in a particular location on a particular day - it's the rise in the global average temperature.

Sean is simply wrong because he is denying it exists.

Northern Minnesota about 75 miles from the Canadian border it has been 53-54 the last couple of days and will be in the 50's for the next.

I don't know if people know it but this time of year we usually had at least 6 to 8 inches of snow on the ground which will stay there, while piling more and more on, til it melts in April. I like these 50 degree days. It sure saves on my steam heat.
