Remember folks
The House Bill is the "liberal" bill before reaching the Senate, where 60 votes will be needed for cloture.

The land of Evan Bayh, Joe Lieberman, Max Baucus, Blanche Lincoln, Mary Landriue, and Tom Carper.

Blue Dogs in the House can be threatened with elections next year...these guys not so much.

So anyone under the delusion that this bill is going to get kinder and gentler when the Senate votes....please pass me some of what you are smoking :smoke:

Oh and those who think it will get prettier in reconciliation...I don't want what you are smoking.

2. And we'll get the magical House, Senate and WH progressive trifecta
that will pass an acceptably liberal/progressive bill WHEN?

Back in the land of reality, how successful will this process be if any one of those entities shifts to the Repubs?

There's a reason nothing has moved forward on this in decades.
