why someone would vote for an amendment which is in a bill that they are going to vote against anyway? Am I the crazy one? :shrug:

9. I'm just guessing here but
maybe they felt that the Bill would really pass so they needed to protect their moderate/right-leaning abortion ideals so they'd hopefully get reelected in their predominately republican districts. Now that I've said that,I don't even know if I'm making sense. I think I need a break. :crazy:
