So is it fair to say the GOP can onlly filibuster in the Senate?
If they can't filibuster they will lose on the straight votes?

3. I don't feel like looking this up does anybody know
can the senate and the house remove anyone from a committee if they want? I think it has to be voted on to remove a chairman but can't they just kick the members out. And does every representative have to be in a committee. If not then what they should do is just put the blue dogs in a committee to find ways to clean out sewers.
