I have mixed feelings about tonight. Thrilled that a bill will be passing tonight, disheartened that enough "Dems" feel the need to attach an anti-woman amendment to that bill.

If it added nothing to the Hyde Amendment, why was it necessary?
This amendment breathes new life into the fringe that shoots doctors. It was despicable and embarrassing.
